No. 46936 of 2014 to the extent of making correction with regard to the address of the petitioner and O.P. No. 2. Considering the statement made in the modification application, the petitioner is permitted to make correction with regard to the address of the petitioner and O.P. No. 2.

The order dated 09.02.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Complaint Case No. 1325(C) of 2013, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
