2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that substantial grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4420 of 2023 dt.06-10-2023 2/2 petitioner has been redressed. He further submitted that petitioner seeks to file detailed representation for claiming remaining dues under different heads before the Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar.

3. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
