The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture to the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, pending in the court of
