Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has made reference to Annexure-B to the counter affidavit dated 25.6.2014 and submits that the respondents have already issued letter No. 1720 dated 25.6.2014 requesting the petitioner to submit certain documents for appointment on compassionate ground.
In view of Annexure-B, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit the documents required vide letter No. 1720 dated 25.6.2014. In case the petitioner submits the desired documents in response to the
