The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.249 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have committed murder of husband of the informant by stabbing knife in chest of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that nothing incriminating articles have been recovered, during course of investigation, from the possession of this petitioner, which may connect him with the present set of occurrence. It is submitted that specific allegation is not against this petitioner. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.9675 of 2024 on 20.02.2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and she is in custody since 23.07.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.249 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur.
