JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Tarun Prasad Mandal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the third attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in Turkaulia P.S. Case No.833/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 364A, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to Sessions Trial No.461/2016.

Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the prosecution evidence has already been concluded, no plausible evidence has been collected against the petitioner save and except commission of offence under Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that on merit, earlier twice the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22497 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and the trial is at the fag end, there is no reason to review my earlier order. The petition stands dismissed.

Since the prosecution evidence has already been closed, the Court expects that the learned trial court may take appropriate steps for early disposal of the case. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U T
