Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The only material against the petitioner is confession, before the police, while in police custody. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mairwa Police Station Case No. 278 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate
