JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) PS Case No. 346 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 354B and 34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner's son went inside house of the informant and started talking vulgar and filthy languages, outraged her modesty and when they went to complain to the petitioner then were abused and assaulted. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of outraging modesty is not against the petitioner rather is against his son and he has been implicated only for being father of Seraj. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Noor Alam Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Ist -cum- Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) PS Case No. 346 of 2017.
