2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties who have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 07.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 2851 of 2018 whereby and

Patna High Court MJC No.848 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2026 2/3 whereunder the writ petition has been disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj (Respondent No.2) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances, If any such representation is being filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving of petitioner's application. Any delay in payment of admitted amount beyond the stipulated period i.e. six weeks, shall entitle the petitioner to receive payment together with simple interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the admitted dues calculated from the date when the amount became due till the date of its actual payment. In case the petitioner's claim is found inadmissible whether in whole or in part, the petitioner's representation shall be disposed of by a speaking order in that regard.

3. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the complete payment has been made.
