Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the statement made in paragraph no.8 of this bail petition that the poultry farm, from which the illicit liquor has been recovered, does not belong to the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13104 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
