In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.182 of 2016, arising out of Bounsi P.S. Case No.128 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43345 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 06.10.2016 rejected the same. This Court had called for the status report from the concerned Court below. In the status report it has been mentioned that out of seven witnesses three witnesses have already been examined.

However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
