Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(A), 38(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of illicit liquor from the shop of the petitioner of which petitioner had no knowledge, petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
