JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kotwali PS Case No. 500 of 2017 registered under Sections 356 and 379 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, the stolen mobile was not recovered from the possession of petitioner rather from other accused who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, there is no material against him except disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of co accused Rajesh Kumar.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely Ravi Kumar @ Ravi Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Patna in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 500 of 2017.
