Learned counsel for the Gaya Municipal Corporation and Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari learned A.C. to AAG 13 for the State are present and submitted that by passage of time the writ petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioners have questioned the stipulation present in an advertisement dated 15.12.2011.

Considering the nature of relief prayed, no cause for indulgence is made out and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
