JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault with iron rod on the head and back of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though, with regard to some injuries, the opinion has been reserved, but the petitioner's side also lodged a case against the informant at earlier point of time.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
