The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for deciding the Mutation Case No. filed 5483/2024-2025 dated 08.05.2024 through online portal whereby and where under the petitioner had filed mutation case for mutating the land bearing Khata No. 11. Khesara No. 747 and Khata No. 13. Khesara No. 749, admeasuring area 6.25 decimal situated in Mauja Pashi. Thana No. 50. Phulwari Sharif Circle, District Patna in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3778 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 petitioner.

(ii). For other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found to be legally entitled too.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed online mutation application before the Circle Officer, Phulwari Sharif, Patna on 08-05-2024 but still it is pending.

4. The Circle Officer, Phulwari Sharif is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months, if there is no unexplainable reason for non-disposing of the application of the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
