In the Show cause, it has been pointed out that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. B. Sinha as a one-man Commission to enquire into the various issues mentioned in the order dated 22.01.2013 which also includes the

Patna High Court MJC No.2119 of 2012 dt.23-02-2017 2/2 issue of payment of arrears of salary to the members of the teaching faculty of the forth phase constituent college. Since the matter is pending before the one-man Commission constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further directions are called for in the present contempt application.
