The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one unknown co-accused assaulted the informant with knife. Subsequently, the informant succumbed to injury.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with
