Heard both parties.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ayar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi on his head, causing head injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injury attributed to this petitioner has been found to be simple in nature which is duly corroborated by the injury report vide Annexure2. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3

Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted the informant by lathi on his head and the doctor has found five injuries on the person of informant, out of which, injury no. 5 has been found to be grievous. Petitioner has got clean antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
