For issuance of appropriate writ, in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents to either allot an L.I.G. Plot, admeasuring 1250 sq.ft., under the general category at Barari (Bhagalpur), in favour of the petitioner, in pursuance to Advertisement dated 22.12.1995, published in the daily Hindi news paper, Hindustan by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board (Ann.-1), as also in pursuance of application No.19925 dated 03.02.1996 OR allot L.I.G. Plot No.-8LP-11, area-800 sq.ft. at Barari (Bhagalpur), which has already been allotted to the petitioner under the signature of the Land Estate Officer, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna vide allotment order No.-2610/Aa

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna within a period of two weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
