2. With the consent of the parties the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"1. That the present writ application is being filed by the petitioners for issuance of writ/writs for issuance of mandamus for direction to the

2/4 respondent authority to accept and directs continuously of service on the date of recommendation by B.P.S.C., Patna and pay all consequential retirement benefits to the petitioners and/or also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners is entitled in the eye of law."

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioners are prepared to file a fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna and further submits that an appropriate direction be issued to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider the representation, which would be filed by the petitioners and to dispose it of within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

5. To the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file separate representations before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, within one month from

3/4 the date of passing of this order, and if such a representations are filed by the petitioners, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall dispose it of within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the representations, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order. It is further made clear that in case the petitioners are found entitled to the relief, which they would be claiming through the representations, the same should be extended to the petitioners within further period of six months from the date of passing of the final order by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

8. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to make correction in the description of respondent no.3, where in place of Director, Primary Education, by typing error District Primary Education has been typed.

9. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make this necessary correction during the course of the day.

10. With the aforesaid observation and direction and liberty as granted, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
