Petitioners are in custody in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has not committed any offence. Charges have been framed in this case and the petitioners are still rotting in custody. Moreover, co-accused, Upendra Singh, having more or less similar allegations, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21133 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21599 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015.
