2. This application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report bearing Sadar Revelganj P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 dated 27.10.2019 for the offence under sections 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x)SC/ST Act.

3. As per prosecution, one Dwarika Sharma along with along with his relative had gone to Circle Office, for obtaining Caste Certificate. The informant was asked a sum of Rs. 200/- at RTPS counter for caste certificate. The informant denied to pay. The said conversation converted into arguments and suddenly the petitioner came out from his office and he abused the informant by using his caste name.

4. Both the parties have jointly prayed that there is case and counter case between the parties and they do not want to proceed further in their respective cases and therefore this Court may quash the prosecution of both the parties in the interest of justice.

5. In view of the above submission made by the parties and in the interest of justice, the First Information Report bearing Sadar Revelganj P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 and Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 225/2019 including consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR's are hereby quashed.

6. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
