JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted father of the informant and, as a result, he died in course of treatment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady. No specific injury has been attributed against her. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the accused persons.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
