2. State counsel accept notice for respondents. Petitioner's counsel to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, if it is not already served.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this writ petition/application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents to consider the 1st Assured carrier progression, (1st ACP), Second Assured Carrier progression, (2nd ACP), Modified Assured Carrier progression and

Patna High Court CWJC No.7872 of 2021 dt.11-02-2022 2/2 Dynamic Assured Carrier progression in pursuance of the memo no. 1026, dated 21/12/2010 issued by the Additional Secretary, Government of Bihar, Health Department and further direction to the respondents to grant the monitory benefits of 1st ACP, 2nd ACP, modified ACP and Dynamic ACP and further also direction to the respondent to grant differences of the IVth, Vth, VIth and VIIth pay commission of salary and other due consequential benefits attached to the post alongwith 12% of compound interest."

4. 1st ACP, 2nd ACP, IVth, Vth, VIth and VIIth pay revision, aforesaid claim made by the petitioner is supported by representation, vide Annexure- 9 series.

5. Therefore, concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's grievance. If petitioner is entitled, the same shall be calculated and extended to him within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order along with interest @ 8% p.a. Such interest is restricted to three years prior to filing of the present petition till payment is made. If petitioner is otherwise not eligible, in that event, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within aforesaid time-limit.

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
