Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(2-v) of the S.C/S.T. Act.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant went to see film subsequently, nephew of the informant Niraj Paswan and Raj Kumar Paswan informed that the accused persons dragged the husband of the informant. Subsequently, the dead body of the husband of the informant was found in a field.

From the impugned order, it appears that the witnesses have stated that the victim was last seen with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14704 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 company of the petitioners and others, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur. With this observation this application is disposed of.
