The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that after recovery of the victim, her statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she stated that she solemnized marriage with this petitioner Golu Kumar. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
