JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioners assaulted the informant's mother as well as the informant, who sustained injuries on his head caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioners submit that there is a case and counter case and two persons Murari Prasad and Ranju Devi, from the accused side also sustained injuries.

In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let petitioners no. 2 to 5 as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- each with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9027 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Rajauli Police station Case No. 225 of 2014.

Prayer for bail of petitioner no.1 is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of preferably same day also taking into consideration that there is counter case also.
