The petitioner seeks bail in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for snatching his motorcycle, mobile and other belongings. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2016, but he has not been put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than thirteen months.

No.21755 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015.
