Petitioner is permitted to correct the date of custody mentioned in the bail petition.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl would reveal that she had gone with the petitioner at different places, including Ludhiana, without making any protest. Petitioner expressed his desire to marry with her. The victim lady was already married with some other person.

Considering the entire facts appearing in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12680 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 of Criminal Procedure, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.1379 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
