This appeal is filed for grant of bail in connection with G.R. No. 55 of 2017/71 of 2017 arising out of Uphara P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under sections 341, 354, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3(i)(r)/3(1)(w)(i)/3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that appellant has falsely been made accused in this case and he is in custody since 09.04.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
