Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. Bhagwan Bazar P. S. Case No. 476 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 188, 420, 406, 379, 224, 332, 333, 340 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 75, 82 and 84 of Bihar Minor Mineral Act, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the tractor and the owner of the tractor trolley is one Chandra Mohan Singh and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2018.
