The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash the order dated 24.02.2015 passed by learned Member, B.L.T. as well as the order dated 30.08.2012 Passed by the D.C.L.R., Sadar Darbhanga and the order dated 15.07.2014 passed by the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division in Land Dispute Case No.331 of 2012-13.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to file suit for setting aside the sale deed executed in favour of respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.4948 of 2015 (3) dt.06-02-2018 No.6 on the basis of which respondent No.6 claims title and possession over 3 1⁄2 dhurs of land situated near the house of the petitioner.
Prayer is allowed. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
