By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner who is Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator in District - Teacher Appellate Authority, Dumra, Sitamarhi since 28.04.2010 on contract basis and to pay him his salary as permanent Government employee.

(ii) For issuance of such other appropriate writ/order/direction, which may deem fit and proper.

Considering the prayers made in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no. 3 is well-advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of any such representation filed by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel.

It is made clear that the respondent no.3 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
