2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6571 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report of Trial Court dated 14.03.2024 reveals that the case is pending for evidence and out of 15 charge-sheet prosecution witnesses, only 10 witnesses have been examined so far. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

4. Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
