Taking into consideration the difficulty expressed by the Examination Board with regard to the relief, which the petitioners are seeking, which is for reevaluation of their OMR-sheet for the Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test, held in the year 2011, no direction at this distant period of time can be given in this regard. If the petitioners were cautious enough about their right, they should have approached
Patna High Court CWJC No.2882 of 2015 dt.24-03-2015 2/2 the High Court well within the time. Evaluation is not possible in the circumstances indicated by the respondents in the counter affidavit.
Writ application is dismissed.
