Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mithanpura Police Station Case No.279/2016 registered for the alleged offences under Section 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has done shopping of Rs.40,000.00 with SBI ATM Card by exchanging the ATM Card of the informant.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is said to have only exchanged the ATM Card but without knowing

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (East) at Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.279/2016.
