This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Triveniganj Police Station Case No. 51 of 2019, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report is against unknown. It has been alleged in the First Information Report that on 05.02.2019, at 8 PM, the informant had gone to meet his relative in a hostel and when the informant returned, he did not find his motorcycle over there.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has not committed any offence in the manner alleged. He further submit that the

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the parts of the motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
