JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S.Case No. 125 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 341, 307, 379, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting to the informant and his wife causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation of assault is against Shakib who is not the petitioner and there is case and counter case in between the parties due to land dispute.
Heard learned APP also.

No.11894 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
