The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 368 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 50 liters of illicit toddy from the hut of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
