Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of assaulting and looting of vehicle by the accused persons.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confessional statement of co-accused there is no material against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13098 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
