Petitioners seeks bail in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.01.2017. From the report, it appears that total 40 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from their possession while they were going on motorcycle.
In such circumstances, considering the clean antecedent and the period undergone by them in custody, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21628 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond each of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioners.
