The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 452, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and in the background of land dispute between the parties, the accusation has been levelled against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22664 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015, G.R. No. 1807/2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
