This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the First Information Report vide Magadh University P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 384, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No case of quashing under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is made out as the allegations made in the First Information Report constitute cognizable offences. From perusal of the First Information Report, I am of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24814 of 2013 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 the view that no case of quashing of First Information Report under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is made out. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
