2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-36 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504 and 506 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 19.04.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C-36 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.
