The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 404 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 468, 471, 386 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to be conspirator but admittedly, co-accused, Arun Yadav has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of
