The petitioner is accused in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 30(a), 38(1) and 38(2) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 22 bottles each containing 750 ML, 44 bottles each containing 375 ML and 85 bottles each containing 180 ML to the Scorpio and motorcycle which were parked in the orchard of Binod Singh where four persons including the petitioner were apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, Excise Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017.
