This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Uchkagaon (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The recovery of liquor is from the motorcycle belonging to the husband of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and in view of Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.B.), this application
