The petitioners are the father-in-law, brother-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. They are facing accusation punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that while deceased was cooking food she caught fire and died. The case was supervised by the senior police officer and the accusations were found substantiated. The deceased allegedly sustained 85- 90% burn injuries which resulted in her death. The place of occurrence is the matrimonial home of the deceased. It is submitted that both the parties have settled the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24596 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 dispute inasmuch a petition has been filed.

Looking to the nature of allegations and other materials reflected from the record, this Court is not inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioners to surrender and pray for bail before the Court below bringing to the notice of the Court all relevant facts.
