ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2017 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.178 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody only on the basis of suspicion as he was a tenant in the house of one Manoj Kumar, who had rented him a room and only because his son Priyanshu Kumar was a friend of the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery is said to have been made

He further submits that after the petitioner was arrested in connection with the present case, he was remanded in three other cases, in which he has been granted bail by the court below.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
